why does my brake pedal vibrate when driving at high speed?
Question:
I drive a 2007 RWD Cadillac Escalade and the brake pedal (NOT while braking) has been vibrating when I reach high speeds.
My brake pedal first started vibrating at around 70 mph, however now it vibrates when I am just over 60 mph, the steering wheel also vibrates slightly sometimes, however none of this happens at speeds below 60 mph.
What all could be causing this?

could be a number of issues..
the most simple is..the car may need to have the tires balanced..that usually costs about..25 dollars per tire
it may need a front end alignment...that usually costs about 100 dollars
could be a warped rotor ...replacing that costs about..75 dollars for the one....but its best if you do both at once..so thats gonna cost about 200 ..depending on how much they charge for labor ...if your handy ..you can do the rotors yourself..and then it will only cost the price of the new rotors..say about.. 100 dollars total
could be a bad tie rod or ball joint..not likely for a 2007 model caddy...if it is..then that should be covered under warranty
